All the travel related information regarding the pricing, availability and reservations for airlines, buses, hotels, car rentals, and holiday packages (referred to as “Service”) is provided by HamariYatra.com. The User can avail this service at any time throughout the year as is offered by the Service Providers (third party vendors like airlines, hotels, etc.)
This User Agreement is applicable to all the services provided by HamariYatra.com. In addition to this Agreement, the user shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of each of the services (“TOS”) opted for by the User which shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in case of any conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this agreement should prevail. Each such service may be restructured or modified by HamariYatra from time to time.
HamariYatra services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS, as may be applicable from time to time. In case of any disagreement with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail Hamariyatra services.
In addition, terms and guidelines may also be provided by the Service Provider itself that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each service (eg. flights, hotel reservations, etc.). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Provider’s fare rules, contract of carriage or other rules.
HamariYatra at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason. Any contract to provide any service by HamariYatra is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by HamariYatra.
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of HamariYatra on its website in accordance of which HamariYatra contacts, solicits the User or shares the User’s information. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.
